Every Kitchen Needs The Right Tools to make a great dish. Here are some of my “must haves” for making amazing pasta and other Italian dishes. Buon Appetito!

This is a great starter kit. I use these tools all the time. My most used ones are the gnocchi boards, ravioli tray, bench scraper/cutter and fluted pasta cutter wheel. Great kit and a great price.

These Pasta Maker Attachments for all KitchenAid mixers are good. they make sheeting your dough and cutting it for linguini easy. The only one I don’t use is the spaghetti cutter. It’s more like angel hair pasta and clumps real easy. But the other two pieces are super.

This is the KitchenAid 7 quart Bowl Lift Stand Mixer I use along with my other one. I use this one for breads, panettone, harder mixing doughs. I have had it for years and it keeps on going. It is an investment but one well worth it.

This is the first KitchenAid Classic (4.5 Quart) mixer I bought. It is another great mixer. These products are work horses in a busy kitchen.

Making shaped pastas are so much fun. I use fondant/cookie cutters to get all kinds of shapes punched out. I usually use the medium sizes.
