Join me for a delightful afternoon where we’ll craft authentic Italian pastas, breads, sauces, and decadent desserts together, creating delicious memories with your friends. Imagine coming to my kitchen or gathering at your kitchen with your friends to make healthy pasta, sauces, deserts or Italiano breads.

Each month a different experience will be offered. You can register for one or several. You can even book one for your entire group (up to 10 people) and make it a great time with friends. Each experience will include all ingredients, tools needed, apron, and of course, lots of snacks to enjoy along the way.

September brings us into the fall. Rich colors of reds, oranges, greens and yellows remind us that cool crisp days are approaching. We will be making healthy pasta using ingredients like beets, kale or spinach, carrots, or peas to create linguini and small shells.

October takes us into the season of cooler days and nights. This is the time for us to learn how to make wonderful sauces and soups. Homemade minestrone, Italian wedding soup (refers to a marriage of flavors), ribollita, and amazing marinaras or some bolognese for starts.

November has us thinking of Thanksgiving and some early planning for Christmas that is around the corner. How about creating some wonderful deserts for your holiday get togethers. Let’s learn how to make Panettone or tiramisu. How about some traditional lemon glazed, Cuccidata (fig), amaretto almond, biscotti, tetu (spiced) cookies.
