Ingredients play a major role when creating dishes from scratch. PMH’s dry herb collections are grown in my garden, dried and bottled in my kitchen. There is nothing more fragrant and delicious than opening a bottle of basil or thyme to add to a dish, knowing it does not contain any chemicals or preservatives that cannot be pronounced.

Try our fresh basil, thyme, dill, oregano, parsley and sage to start. Or how about my special blend of Italian seasoning, garlic or lemon salt. I can’t wait to share these with you.
